From our managed service plans, aimed at small to medium size organizations, to pay as you go block service plans for those that only need our expertise from time to time.  

Our managed service plans are designed to provide our clients with peace of mind by taking the guess work out of billing and providing them with unlimited support and maintenance, all for a single fixed monthly cost.  You will always know what you're paying and can thus easily manage your budget. All of our plans come with set of features and components that are aimed at providing proactive management approach to our managed systems.  We can prevent most problems before they even happen.

All of the plans are flexible and  completely amendable with additional services. Below services are included under the fixed monthly price for each relevant plan.  Clients with Select Plan can still get services provided by the Comprehensive Plan or those services not included in any of the managed plans, they will just not covered by the fixed monthly price plan unless the service is added to the plan coverage.

Service Plan Options & Coverage

Mobile support is limited to plans that included servers supporting or using mobile devices such as remote access or messaging.

Emergency 24/7 support available at additional cost.  Someone is always there to help you!

Comprehensive Plan

Comprehensive plan is aimed at small firms looking to outsource their IT services.  It is designed to provide complete maintenance solution by managing the servers and the backend while also providing desktop support to the staff and resolutions to daily operational issues that may arise.

Elite Plan

​

Elite plan is meant for firms that may have one or few helpdesk staff on site providing support to end users but need someone with proper expertise to manage and protect their critical server infrastructure.  It is also designed to provide the onsite helpdesk with proper support and point of contact should they ever run into issues they can’t resolve themselves.

Select Plan

​

Select plan is meant for larger firms that are looking to outsource management and maintenance of their critical servers and infrastructure backend to a more experienced organization.  The plan can be tailored to include all of the infrastructure or only select few critical servers as deemed necessary by the firm.
